I don't know but they need to be paid, do not leave them unpaid in your name.Never ever leave them like that.
That is about as far as my knowledge goes.The buyer should know there are unpaid taxes too. I assume a lawyer will be doing the paper work?? The house could get tied up in litigation

Absolutely. The title has to be cleared or the sale will not be completed. This will be handled by the escow company.
