please answer practically..dont say that this is written in books..we all know that all holy books tells us about this..but is there any practical proof? is there anyone who can claim this?I hav also heard that God is one,but why not two?what is wrong when there will be two Gods? like our mother and father..How we claim all this?..or its just our imagination or we can say our belief..And if belief comes then we just believe it and cant explain anything..any explaination dosnt matter in front of beliefs..so if u r strong believer then pls dont answer this because then u'll just claim that its true and u'll definitely give references from ur Holy books..so pls try to give answers with pratical and logical approach..use ur brain to answer this question..if we'll try to answer this quetion then we'll definitely prove the real mystery behind it..man has this power to discover every mystery hidden in this world and in whole universe.but he is discovering every thing from time to time..so try

i guess it depends on what religion that you belong to and what you really put your faith in too. Alot of Christian religions believe in the holy trinity in which God is actually three people, the father, the son, and the holy ghost. And that is not in the Holy Bible at all, it is just part of the Holy Roman Catholic Church and then there religions that do not believe that God as we know of does not exist at all, we are our God and we just have to worship and take care of ourselves from any divine help at all.

I will try to explain my concept of God. I'm not sure how logical or practical you will find it. I believe in an omnicient (all knowing) omnipotent (all powerful) and omnipresent (always present, everywhere) God. I do not believe that he is everywhere because he has like a zillion little clones running around, but because he is just that BIG. I believe that in the beginning there was God, and only God. I believe that everything in creation comes from God, (because he is all there is, what else did he have to create with?) I believe that life is a gift from the creator, a spark of his soul, born of him, part of him, and one with him still. This is what it means to me that God is one. Non-duality, not separate, One.

Having said that, I also believe that all the gods of all the religions and faiths all over the world are real, but not distinct. More like different faces of the same god, from different perspectives based on different cultural beliefs. To me this can be likened to a crystal suncatcher - the surface of the sphere is actually covered with numerous interlocking flat triangular facets. Each of these facets can represent a different perspective of God, such as: God the Father, Allah, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the Mother, the Maiden, the Crone, Ra, Zeus, Ares, Gaia, Aphrodite, Bridgett, Rhiannon, Apollo, Thor.... The list goes on and on. When people worship or pray to any of these god personalities, (whether they realize it or not) they are really praying to the same God, because they are all just different faces of the same God. They can choose to pray to the God in which they believe, or to the god that is associated with the subject of their prayer. I do divide God into a male and female, my Mother and Father. I then divide these into the different personalities that I identify with, depending upon my needs.

I hope this made at least a little sense. It's not easy trying to explain to another person my personal concept of God.

Hello,
I am Khursheed. I am a phd student working on Cancer biology. Before Going to answer, I will ask u a question. What u will think when the observations are 1) 100 coins scattered randomly on the floor.2)100 coins arranged in a particular shape. Randomness is probably lead to nobody behind that. But the arrangement certainly leads to some mind behind the making of this arrangement. Now observe the nature, Let us see ourselves. We madeup of tissue, tissue madeup of cells cells made upof moleculs, Molecules made of atoms, atoms of electrons protons and nutrons. Electrons arranged in the space around tthe nucleus. If it is not arranged No atoms , no molecules no cells no tissue no living body and no human. Ok see oour envirnment, Layers of different gases arranged in a particular proportion and a particular amount. Solar system galaxies and entire universe is arranged in aperfect way. We as a best creature must have a question in our mind of this observation what is the mind behind this arrangement. So how we can know that mind. the source of this knowledge is what all the senses. Besides this senses is there any source of knowledge. I will tell u rest of the things later

I thing Rogue Wyndwalker answered this question beautifully. Anyway, here are my 2 cents to this.. First of all God is quite possibly beyond human logic, so the first place to look for Him would be within yourself. God has to be felt as the underlying substratum of all creation, of all universes and multiversers and unless you have felt His presence no one can just tell you the truth. And mind you the comphrehension of this unity with the Supreme Being doesn't come cheap, you really have to yearn for it, work at it, make it the reason for being. Over ages there have been those across the world who have probably unravelled the truth. The truth possibly is one, the learned call it by varied names. In the recent past there has been one who has been reported to have had direct experience of God... His name is Ramkrishna Pramhansa, you may find his experiences enlightning.

The definition of God is that God is that source from which everything emanates. Everything in this world has its source, which has its source, which has its source etc. If we trace back to the original source, which has no source other than Himself or itself, that is God. And, because so many persons are coming from that original source, we must understand that this source is also a person, that that source is He, not it. So much I can say in short, but if you want more information, look for it on the site given below.
It is very nice that you try to understand things intelligently, that you do not approve blind faith. This is the sign of your intelligence. Actually, if one is truly religious person, they are not stupid, sentimental fanatics. True religion has highly intelligent explanations behind it.

No there is no 'practical', or concrete proof of there being only one God (whether that God be the male deity of Christianity, a Goddess, or an adrogynous Creator being/force). Only thing we can go off of is personal research, study, and experience ... although I'm sure you will get many Christians who tell you that it says so in the Bible and the Bible is the word of God... so each person can only decide for themself which they feel is right.

I dont' think God will be too pissed at us if we don't quite understand him/her.... God is quite possibly something beyond our comprehension and I believe God understands that we just don't get it sometimes, LOL.

Blessings and Light!

Nehemiah 9:23: "You made their sons as multiple using fact the celebs interior the sky, and you introduced them into the land which you advised their fathers to go into and own." Deuteronomy 10:22: "Your forefathers who went down into Egypt have been seventy in all, and now the LORD your God has made you as multiple using fact the celebs interior the sky." the place is the point out of galaxies? they did not be responsive to there have been galaxies in any respect. you have only been caught in a lie, consequently I have no could desire to google any of your different crap. particularly surely verified is the reality that the bible says not something like what you declare it does. you're twisting the words, and doing an extremely crappy interest of it, too. Closest point out is the "stars in heaven" in different translations, besides as that they assumed that heaven grew to become into above the earth and are particularly for sure relating the sky. as quickly as lower back, the bible refutes the bible. thank you for taking part in.

if there are two gods there will be a war and the creatures will be the victims, because each one of them wants to dominate the world and the system.
