That's kinda a tough question. But what i'd say is If you break up over the phone it's probably some lame excuse and he can't say it to your face. If he's a true man...he'd break up face to face...it's more respectful!

Face to face is BEST!! It shows her that you are not a coward and you're man enough to say what's on your mind. She may be hurt for the moment, but it's better than dragging it out. She'll look back and appreciate your directness. Your honesty lets her know your intentions.

for quick and simple, phone or letter. you wont be a loser with no balls, a jerk maybe. but either way you do it she's gonna think you are a jerk. girls are just like that. Just be sensitive if you do it face to face or not. let her know the truth, none of that its not you bullshit unless its true. and if its not her then tell her what it is. if its another girl tell her. She's the one who's going ot be hurt, no matter what it is, tell her the flatout truth.
