I believe that, so long as the interior dimensions will allow, and the integrity of the car is not compromised by any neccesary modifications, it should just be a matter of making engine support mounts, if necessary, and modifiying the suspension, etc., to accommodate any changes caused by putting a different engine than was designed for a car, but, as has been said, and likely more times by now, Dodge Chargers could be ordered with Hemis.

Yes it is although they've stopped making the Hemi's in 1971.

they all had hemi"s.do you mean a V8 hemi?if so they will fit very easily.most of the parts are interchangable with the 6 cyl hemi.

YEAH MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT SIZE HEMI ENGIE SO IT FITS SOME OF THE NEWER ONES MIGHT NOT FIT OR BE A LITTLE TO BIG
