Doubtful. Millions and Millions of people fly! And a few terrorist scares isnt going to shutdown the airline business. For example. Northwest Airlines has contracted out ALOT of the work, cleaning, gate agents, ect. Because of money issues, but are they still an operating airline...yes. This is mainly due to jet fuel prices.
People over react most about security and most that do are just selfish, because they no damn well they would be pissed off if there was a bomb on their plane right...and then they would be the ones complaining about the lack of security in our airports. I work at the airport and everyday I hear something on how rediculous it is that they cant have soda or something on the plane. They must know the facts. YOU GET SODA SERVED TO YOU ON THE PLANE, AND ONCE you passed security you can purchase drinks and take them on board.

If you take a look back at the questions I have posted, one was a warning that I made the morning I was at work when the ban started. If you look at peoples answers they were very rude and nobody belived me. I wonder what they thought later that day when it was plastered all over the news. I was at work and I was witnessing this and nobody believed me. its amazing.
If security questions are ever a problem, never ask the airline.
Talk to TSA or visit the website, the airline is just a carrier not security

Hope this helps?

Goodbye? We're just starting to say hello, unfortunately. Airports in the UK are being expanded - Heathrow is adding another terminal now, and Stansted has been approved for expansion. And after that, Heathrow is likely to get another one.

While people use planes like they were just hopping on the bus for a quick journey, flying 100 mile journeys to save £20 and 30 minutes, flight traffic is going to increase exponentially in the next few years.

No. Air travel is still a viable alternative to driving considering the gas prices. Be prepared to spend more time in airports and go through sometimes annoying security measures.
