Start talking to Him.
He will answer you.
He can answer you in your mind (he has with me) or he can answer you with others (happens all the time with me).
I have no doubt theat He can actually be audible even though he hasnt chosen to with me.

Very much YES. God came as human flesh and even had dinner with Abraham.
God walked in the garden and talked with Adam and Eve.
In the book of Kings, you can read where the Israelites begged and whined for a fleshly King. At this point, God gave them what they thought they wanted, an earthy King. There are no other writings of God coming in the flesh after this until Jesus ministry (when he came to fulfill the prophecies and the law)

yes in church i learned that god talked to his chosen people and people that listened. We dont hear a "voice" today because he sent his son to die on the cross. We also have the bible witch is "God's word".
