I wish my relatives would invite me over!! They all invite themselves to my house for picnics, all the holidays, any time they want to get together, ect. I have to admit, I am a great cook, and I have the perfect house for large get togethers (my kitchen is huge, lots of sitting space). I live in my Grandparents's old house, and everyone thinks it's the "home" place, so this is where they gather. I would love to go to someone elses, let them clean before and after the crowd, and be able to leave when you want, not when everyone decides to go home. So, enjoy going!!

You won't die from this. Stay for a while, make the best of it, then when you get home you can do something else. Life is full of these little annoyances. Make the best of it and quit griping about things.

You might hate it but bear thought it. There your family! Stay for a while and then go not a huge big deal.

Try telling yourself, you are going to have a great time, and this year, put every effort into having a good time, you know life is what you make it, so try and be happy, see how this works.

I DO!!!! I'm deaf and eventhough my mom can sign, she won't interpeter and everybody refuse to make any effort to communication with me by paper and pen. What is stupid is they don't understand why I am leaving country for xmas this year.
