You really haven't given us much information. But if you want to pick a theme for your wedding, find one that is meaningful to both of you, maybe something that relates to where or how you met or a common interest. Choose music that you both love or that has special meaning to you both. Maybe include his favorite dish or appetizer at the reception. There are lots of ways to make your big day personal and memorable. Congratulations and good luck for the future!

I am getting Married on October 14 of this year and I am making all of our Programs for the wedding. They match the theme of the wedding and I will be making them myself so they will look and have exactly what I want in them. We are also including Bio's for each person that is standing up with us that tells everyone why they are our friend or who they are and a little bit about them as far as married, single, kids, Education, Job etc.

Write your fiancee a love poem...
There is a time just prior to the ceremony when you are getting dressed and primping and such with aunts, mother, bridesmaids ect. He has nothing to do as his tux is easy wear and takes 5 minutes to put on so he has alot of time to be nervous and such...
Have your father, his father, or another trusted person deliver the poem to him so he can read it during that time... It will put his mind at ease as well as tell him how much you truely love him..
If you are not a writer you can always search for a poem someone else wrote that expresses exactly how you feel... It will mean more to him to have your support during his time of nerves than anything else you can do.

If you have a very good singing voice, you could sing a special song for him at the wedding as a surprise to him. My daughter-in-law did this and he loved it. So did everyone else. If you are crafty, you could make arrangements of flowers to put on the reception tables yourself. Or you could make your own bouquet and bridesmaids ones out of fabric flowers, that will last forever.

If he's going to be in uniform, then you definitely might desire to be in a marriage dress. particular, you had a 'courtroom' wedding ceremony, yet now you're entitled to the image perfect wedding ceremony you have the two dreamed of. And as he has been away in Iraq, this supply you a raffle to start yet returned, with a 2d honeymoon and all. bypass forward, be a romantic. come across a frothy introduction, all in white, and watch his eyes illuminate whilst he sees you in it.

We made all the invitations, thank you cards and orders of service but that's wont really show your love for your partner. Another thing i did was embroider both our initials onto a lace handkerchief, it was from a collection my grandmother had when she died so i used it as my something old. Failing that, a poem. Hope it all goes well!
