Most airlines hire from their own company. But some small carriers may contract flight attendants from a different company and re-train them to save money. If there isnt a career section on their website, they might use a contractor.

Also to be a flight attendant you must work out of the airlines hub. For example, Midwest Airlines is based out of Milwaukee so I work for them. I cant work for American, Delta, ect or any of the other carriers that fly into Milwaukee.
If you wish to work for SAS find out where they are home based and apply at the headquarters (usually located within a few miles of the airport)
If you arent in the hub area, and you are determined to work for this airline....you will be moving.
