Sex is what my doctor told me--presupposing that you don't just lie there. Vigorous sex burns about 250 calories. But walking is also good, as is swimming, which not only burns calories but tones and tightens just about everything, and doesn't damage joints or bones. Realistically, though, what works for you is the best form of exercise. Doesn't matter how good it is, if you don't do it, it won't do you any good.

probably walking or boxing with my dumbells. i have 3 sets of db's from 10 to 25 lbs. and doing sets with those alone can really help tone you up and burn calories especially if u shadow box with the 10 pounders for 'bout 1/2/ hr.
