I'm quiting gym, we(family) have to pay about $100 for 3 of us that go and workout and wedon't even have the time to do it so it seems a like a waste of money. Mostly we(me, my bro and uncle) only go there to do weights so I'm thinking of getting a Bio Force so we can workout whenever want in our own schedule. So what do you guys/gals recommend? Any opinions wouldbe apprecaited.

Thanks =)

It's not the machine that makes the difference, you know that. It's your detemination to use it. A bench, a few bars for different areas (long bar for presses, short bar for curls, dumbbell bars, etc) and a rack of free weights will do just fine. Having them at home makes it easier to follow a routine.
And you might be able to find a used set much cheaper than a BioForce online thru http://www.craigslist.org in your area.

Stability balls (a.k.a. exercise balls) are awesome. You can do sit ups on them and pushups. And pretty much make up exercises too. I like to lay flat on the ground and pick up the ball with my calves and feet. It works your lower abs. And even just moving the ball up and down with yours hands while you're on the floor. You can just make up a bunch of exercises with them. And they're awesome to stretch on too. You can just drape yourself on the ball either with your stomach on it or your back. It makes you feel really good. :) And you can use it while watching tv, say you're doing crunches watching a movie or whatever. Also, they're really fun to bounce on.

Also, having a jump rope is good too. If you have a basement, you can use it down there so you don't disturb people or in your backyard (since you'll be jumping up and down). They get your heartrate going pretty quick.
