using fact this is all around undesirable for you. Your hair will start to fall out from malnutrition, you will sense susceptible and drained each and all of the time, get luggage below your eyes, your dermis will develop into dry from dehydration, it weakens your immune equipment and you will sense very dizzy and annoyed each and all of the time. definite you will decrease weight, yet no remember how skinny you at the instant are not anybody will think of you look sturdy once you're balding and your face appears like ****. Plus you will purely be skinny for those 4 days. once you start up off eating lower back you will income the burden suitable back on account which you probably did not lose it in a wholesome way which will make it stay off longer. you're able to desire to consume.

I dont think its possible. Once my friend got a series of migraines, and could hardly eat, and she would keep throwing up, for like 3 days in a row. She lost like 10 pounds, but she didn't look good after loosing all that weight. I dont recommend trying to loose it. It takes time i got the the gym every other day not to loose weight, but to train. I would suggest doing squats and squat jumps. U feel stupid doing them, but you dont need to go to a gym. do 10 squats , then 10 squat jumps. Repeat this 3 times, to make one set. Then repeat the sets 4 times. If you want, throw in pushups and sittups in between each set. At first you probably wont be able to do 4 sets, but you'll get better quickly.

Surgery would be the easiest way. LOL
Twenty pounds is a lot to shed, and it ain't going to happen overnight. But try lowering your intake, and make it mostly fruits and vegetables, light on the fat and breads. And up your activity levels. A good thing is to exercise whenever you feel the urge to eat more often then four or five hours in frequency. This not only cuts down on your intake, but ups your activity level, thus killing--excuse the french--two birds with one stone.

That's impossible. You should only lose 2 pounds a week.
Yea, it may seem like a long process, but once it's over, it'll be worth it.

its not physically safe to lose that much weight in 4 days. don't do anything that is hazardous to your body. but you can walk/run and do heavy cardio for the four days while eating healthy. that will help you lose weight. maybe not all of it, but some. ~

You really can't. If you do, it's really, really, REALLY UNHEALTHY. So don't try. If you want to lose weight, it has to start with making a few changes and as time goes by make bigger changes.

You can't. Even if you starved yourself it is not possible. It amazes me that people are more concerned about improving their body than improving their personality.
