But honestly, there are alot of women who prefer to sunbath in the nude to keep from getting all those tan lines. And as long as she has a privacy fence up then there should not be a problem.
If she doesn't have a privacy fence up and she can be seen nude by the public then call the police and ask them to come out and have a talk with her about it. Even if you are on your own property it is still illegal to be nude in the public's eye.

If she's got a privacy fence where someone has to walk up and peep through it, or try to see over the top of the fence then I don't see an issue. If this is some kind of a picket or chain link fence then she needs to be squirted with the hose!

Depends. Can you see her without standing on a ladder and peeking over the fence? If you can see her from your porch or the ground then she's ripe for hosing. Be sure to give her a polite "Whoopsie! Sorry `bout that, naked lady!" when you're done. If she calls the cops tell them you thought it was a bear and were simply trying to do her a favor by scaring it off, because you're a good neighbor and that's what good neighbors do.

If it is one of those short fences where anyone who wants to look (or not look ) can look then you should but if is a tall fence then it is really none of anyone's business
