Its definetly not a good idea to have sex with someone who has aids. But if you wear a condom you should be ok, that is unless the condom breaks....which of course has happened to people. All in all its not worth the risk with or without a condom. Though condoms are very effective when used properly.

There is never any guarantee that you can not be infected. You need to discuss this with your partner, and your physician. If the condom breaks you can be not only infected, but also risk the chance of pregnancy. Even if the condom doesn't break if you have any kind of open wounds(small nicks, sores etc.), you may still possibly be infected. However if your partner is being treated successfully, and their viral load is low there is a lower chance of being infected. If you truly love and respect this person you will both discuss this with a real professional that can give you all the facts.

If the condom breaks then your chances are very high. It's really not worth it risking even if you use every form of protection available. Contracting AIDS is something that will drastically change your life where as the sex would only last for a relatively short time.

IT's very possible.

Let me illustrate it this way. You've go a hole the size of a very lage window. Now throw golf bal through it. The pores in the condmom is represented by the window-- golf bll by the HIV virus.

The truth is condom's effective rate is proven by filling random condoms with water and seeing if they leak. Problem is thet water is larger than the HIV virus. It's such an ineffective means that the FDA will not even approve it.

Sorry. Safe sex was a lie from the word go to keep people from, going into a panic. Don't believe me? Do your own research.

If you are not infected then do not have sex with an infected person. There is no way you can realistically guard against contamination. Husband and wife can share antibodies they develop just from their own sexuality. Aids is deadly and there is no cure short of posession of genetic abnormalities related to the time of the plague. I think the AIDS thing to be a war against undesirable sex on the part of puritanical peoples. I think it might have originally been developed by military labs to get rid of homosexuals because i see an incredable hatred of them in the upper echalon that controls the ability to wage such a war. The military was testing their people long before this disease became known to the general public.

With the condom, the chances are reduced to the minimum and although you may be protected, condoms may still leak or break. Condoms are only for those who have not learned to control themselves. I cannot tell you not to do it because the decision will always be yours but all I can say is for you to be extra careful because one epidode of even the most satisfyingly sensual sexual encounter in history can never ever justify the reality of having to battle with the virus for a lifetime that has started and have continued to multiply inside your body. AntiHIV drugs can only lessen the viral load but can never treat it.

If you haven't done it yet .. do not risk it. If you have, there is no way to know if you have contracted HIV without going to have a blood test for accurate results. There are places you can go to in most cities that will do this service for you free of charge and without asking for your real name. To answer your question as stated.. Use of a condom will REDUCE the possibility of getting HIV / AIDS infection .. but it is definitely not without risk.
