The paintball marker yes, but you may need a waiver for that. as far as the co2 tank, no. They will not allow CO2 or HPA tanks onto the plane, unless they can physically see that the tank is completely empty. That's why I think that the Smart Parts Max Flo is the best. The reg isn't loctite to the tank. When I travel I have the reg on my drop forward and the tank separate. you will not be allow to bing our disassembled marker on with you as a carry on. Make sure you get the waiver from the airline company so you can also show the people that work for the TSA that you are allowed to have it in your luggage.

Call the airline you are flying.
Small 12-gram cartridges used in stock play are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances on the plane. The reason here there is no way to discharge the air and keep the integrity of the cylinder

They suggest buying new tank where you are paintballing

Yes as long as it is taken apart, double check with TSA on the CO2.
It can be combustable in the air, so it may not go.

NEVER EVER EVER CHECK WITH THE AIRLINE. Most people say check with the airline, they wont tell you. Ask TSA

www.tsa.gov

The airline has nothing to do with security! The airline is just a vendor at the airport. If they tell you something and its not true, its all on them and they dont want that responsibility. Always check with TSA
