I'm tempted to get them a gift certificate for a nice restaurant but I've done that before. They like the outdoors, travelling and taking photographs, he likes painting, she likes to read a lot, they both have a good sense of humor, don't like to cook. Any ideas would be great, thanks.

Interesting, I received an 47" Plasma TV from my kids on my
34th anniversary last month...
My parents sent me a $100 gift certificate to the Rockfish Restaurant in Houston...
My wife bought me ( us ) a SLK 55 AMG Mercedes...
My little niece bought me a nice walking stick and I have
gotten more use and pleasure out of that stick than anything else.
I am certain that any heartfelt gift will be much appreciated.

How about a gift certificate to an aquarium or some other special attraction they haven't visited? That's a combination of travel, outdoors, and picture-taking! She could buy a book there, and they could eat out! :)

Is there somewhere near you that offers horse back riding?
Try hooking them up with a private day of horse riding on the beach along with a picinic or something? They have this where I live and I did it for my parents on their anniversary and they both loved it. They still talk about it to this day!

How about some nice rolls of film (unless they have a digital camea), a hiking guide to a nature/state park in your region, and a basket of hiking treats such as pepperoni, cheese, nuts, dried fruit, crackers, bottle of wine.

Get them a trip on Carnival cruise. That way they can get some alone time and also get to visit new places. They should enjoy that!
