If you have a weight set you know bench bar and dumb bells Nothing to do lat pull downs though no pull up bar. Any suggestions for what i have.the best way toget your lats?

Stand comfortably holding the dumb bells on either side, keeping your arms straight. Then slowly raise your arms out as far as you can without bending elbows, hold for 5 sec. count, then down. Use a comfortable weight... or start with 5 lbs and work your way up. Do 10 reps, 3 sets.

The best freeweight routine for lats would include bentover barbell rows,t rows using a barbell,and one arm alternate db rows.For good video and photo examples go to bodybuilding.com

Overhand and underhand pullups/ wide grip and close grip.
