just clean your car real good. Vacuum and wipe it down. Spray with flea spray. Do this a couple times a week for two weeks to make sure you get the flea eggs. A clean car helps. If your car is trashy then it will be alot harder.

Wow that sucks. Maybe spread flea powder all over and then have your car detailed.
Visit a pet store. This has to have happened to several people who transport their animals in their cars. There has to be something you can use.

try leaving your windows up, and parking your car in the hot sun for a few days. or you can rent an upholstery cleaner, and clean your vehicle with a pet shampoo, or other sort of chemical cleaner, (try in small hidden area first, and not on leather). and don't let the dog back in untill the dog is properly rid of the pests

Take it to a detailer and have them really clean it. Or you can steam clean it yourself, or even try Woolite rug cleaner. Vacuum it throughly. and don't bring the dirty vacuum bag in the house, change it out doors or they will get into your home!

If you decide to try the carpet spray, I recommend either Zodiac or Adams. They seem to be the most effective. Make sure that all surfaces are thoroughly sprayed down.
