Poodle or labradoodle - lovely dogs that don't cause the same allergic reaction. Although - meet up with someone who has one and check out whether you start sneezing etc - nothing worse than getting a dog to find that even the poodle coat causes a reaction and then having to get rid of the pooch - poor pooch.
Happy dog hunting

any dog that doesn't shed will help. I think bichian frise's are nice. they have a big dog personality in a little dog body. They don't shed. Also you can buy special shampoo and wipes (for inbetween baths) that will cut down on the dander for you. I know petsmart carries these products.

Poodles are suitable as they have a wooley type of fur that does not have the same allergens as other dogs.
Labradors and poodles were interbread to make 'Labradoodles', which were ideal to train for blind dogs for people who were allergic to ordianry dog fur. (honestly!)
Toy poodles are quite tiny, this could be your solution, but be certain you really want a dog as they are with you for a long time.

get a labradoodle, it's a mix breed of a Labrador and a poodle so it's completely hypoallergenic. Also, they're adorable. They come in small build, medium and large so when selecting one make sure to ask for a small build one.
Good luck.
