If you do not have a twin, would you wish to have one? why? And if you have, how does it feel like to have someone that looks exactly like you?

i don't have a twin but i do wish that i can give birth to twins in future! think it'll be really cool to have a sibling that looks exactly like you but totally different in terms of personality! well, if i have a twin sibling, there'll obviously be sibling rivarly, as well as identity crisis and stuff. but i will also want to believe that my twin and i genuinely care for each other and love each other loads!

I have a twin, but we're not identical. We are fraternal twins. A lot of times it's annoying to be twins because most people regard you as the same person. I have been called my sister's name countless times, and she, mine. This happened mostly at school, and happened when we were together or separated.
However, being in a set of twins does make you more memorable to people, whether identical or fraternal.
Twins have a lot of trouble finding their own identity apart from being a twin, I would hate to be identical, because it would make it that much worse.
Being a twin is much more than looking exactly like each other. Twins can develop their own language as babies, and speak in unison (which apparently creeps everyone else out). My sister and I had our own language, though it is forgotten now (some don't lose it), and we still speak in unison often. These are just examples, there are more.
People idealize the the idea of twins. Being a twin is hard, especially identity-wise. There are also medical problems, like premature babies, and retarded motor skills, and leg problems because in the womb it is hard for both babies to get the proper nutrients and usually one ends up getting more at the expense of the other.
Also, for fraternal twins, there is the much overlooked problem of not being "special enough" because they are not identical. I can't tell you how many times when I tell people my twin does not look like me they get disappointed.

I used to want to be a twin. But I grew up w/ and graduated from high school w/ 12 sets of twins! Both fraternal and identical. It was fun but I saw a lot of the negative side, so I got over it.

i dont think i am a twin? I think it would only be cool if i had a twin bro not a sis. I know 2 different sets of twins. One set is really rich because there parents own part or petsmart.yaya

I think it would be cool to have a sister but I don't know about the identical thing. Most of the twins I know are fraternal. But I always wished I had a sister close to my age.

I kinda like being an original. Having a fraternal twin might be nice because of the bond that develops but I would not want a replica of myself.

Hi,,,, i grew up with a set of twin boys in high school and then in college I knew two sets of girls.....
Then i have a friend and his wife had twins...
Darn, why could i meet the right girl???

no im not a twin but im a triplet.. me and my two sis look alike and im fraternal.. but we reali r triplets. sometimes ppl would ask them if they are twins and wen ppl do ask i feel left out.. bt wat annoys me most is that sometimes they say yes.. being a triplet is oso nice b'cuz ppl will rmember u and u can easily be popular.. evry sch i went 2 almost everybody noes us.. yes.. even the principal! the downside of being a triplet is that ppl compare u to ur sisters and some assume that we are the same.. which is kinda irritating..
anybody else here a triplet??

I guess it's really cool to have a twin brother..
So that we can switch girlfriends/wife all the time without her knowing..

well shes a blonde and i'm a brunete but for the people who think that twins would be fun... well THERE NOT! we always get in a lot of fights and we have the same friends and everything so it really sucks!!!!!!!!!
