i'm 5'6, 154lbs and 14 wud u concider this fat fat or just faat fat? i no i need 2 loose some weight but my parents won't help so i'm pretty much stuffed!! wtf am i gunna do??? plz help i hate this

9inches is right isn't he? i am a fat cow!! i only eat whrn i have to and i am shaped like a stupid hourglass its not fair i'm rubbish at sports and can't run to save my life what am i gonna do??

No, you are not. Your BMI is 24.9, which is in the normal range (18.5-24.9). But here's a question....how do YOU feel about your body? What's your relationship with food and body like? If you are eating when hungry and stopping when full, that's a good sign. If you are restricting your caloric intake to maintain a lower weight, or you are compulsively overeating, that will certainly throw off your natural weight (or "set point" at which your body settles). It's a shame our culture makes women feel badly about their bodies...

More info. on eating and body image problems, and also to find support groups if you like. You shouldn't have to feel this way.

Your weight is not that bad, you're BMI is only about 24.9, which for an adult would be in the healthy weight range. However, because of your age, it may be best to lose 10lb - 15lb. But you are not a fat cow and an hourglass figure is a great figure to have! I would probably suggest going swimming or doing aerobics classes with a friend, also jogging or cycling. I wasn't great at sports, but there is plenty of fun stuff you can do to be fitter. Take care : )

Whatever you do, do not go on a diet! It can stunt your growth and give you other problems. You are not fat, and since your still growing your normal. Some people get tall and skinny and then put on wieght, others put on weight, and then grow a bunch. If your still worried, dont starve yourself, just eat healthy foods. Dont listen to 9inches!

Try convincing your mom into making large portions of salads, like lettuce,cut up carrot, red cabbage,onion,celery. Then at supper really chow down on the salads and try to avoid much of the other. No desserts. You will definitely lose weight on the salads. ps avoid putting on those really fattening salad dressings or you will end up gaining weight.

Eat lots of protein rich foods (but not too many ), and take lots of exercise (running is good, atleast six miles a day).

ahem nio offence but u SHOULD go on an diet. I would recommend the south beach diet plan. u can easily get this book at costco.
