It does work, I did it after having baby lost 1 an 1/2 stone it can be a bit boring but if you keep it up it does work. I'm starting it cos I'm going on holiday in 6 weeks and could do with losing a couple of pounds.

The Special K diet does work partially, but the best of all diets is just to change your habits... The most important thing is to make more sports and drink enough water, that already helps a lot. Also the 5 times rule... Eat at least fife times a day some fruits or vegetables. So you can also eat chocolate or fish and chips, but not too often... :-)

Basically, eating more Special K sells more Special K!

You would be wiser to eat less 'bad' food and increase the fruit and veg and just eat smaller options of everything else. Throw in a bit of exercise too - taking the pram for as many walks as you can will improve your leg shape far more effectively!

You've just a had a baby. Eat proper food to get your body back in balance and keep yourself healthy for the baby.

Eat less - Exercise more!!

Find something you ENJOY doing which will keep you fit and active. You're more likely to stick and something if you get pleasure out of.

I've joined a couple of local walking groups. I love exploring the area and go places I would probably never would have done if I was on my own.

I'm also doing the ASPIRE "Swim the Channel" challenge. The Equivalent of the 22 miles in my local swimming pool (1,408 lengths).

The challenge begins on September 11th. I've been training and have already lost nearly 2 dress sizes!

If you are not breast feeding, perhaps you can try to observe your current diet, and make plans to change them

Change your diet, do a little exercise and be patience. And the result with come if you are doing the right thing. Focus on the real no, such as your waist size, your overall health, and not just your weight, as that can be rather misleading.

Read and equip yourself with the right knowledge in fitness.

well yeah u can try the Special K diet but u also have to exercise alot and drink slim fast also cause that works. or u could try some Chinese diet pills ( not sure of the name, but if you go to a Chinese shop and ask for any pill for weight loss then that will help you.

The special K diet does work, so does the slim fast plan. You just have to stick with it, keep active, and do sit ups.
congrats on the new baby!
