Which do you choose? In this hypothetical scenario you can't choose both.

My guess is that people call my question and me stupid because they feel threatened. I don't mind. I'm too mature to worry about being called names.

An atheist hospital!
God blesses us through ALL people!
I'd be grateful too!

How can you dictate what people can and can not choose? That's why hypothetical questions are so stupid. I believe god created humans and plants and everything else. Therefore god created both the doctors, and the materials they use to build hospitals and develop medicine.

I personally have never heard of an "Atheist Hospital" Most hospitals even have a small chapel for people who wish to pray. By law even if a hospital were atheist they couldn't stop me from praying when I went there so your whole question is retarded.

Hypothetical or not, I can choose both. I believe in the Lord whole heartily. I know that God is the Creator of us all. He created the atheist surgeons you have mentioned and He can guide their hands and give them the knowledge they need to make me well. I would go to the hospital (although I find it hard to believe an entire hospital staff would be atheists) and I would pray for the surgeons/doctors to make me well through God's help.

The denomination (if any) of the hospital has nothing to do with the care you will receive. Most hospitals will accommodate your religious beliefs no matter what you are. That being said, I would choose the hospital, because I trust the medical professionals (for the most part) and would rather not die. Not that it matters, but I am agnostic and a paramedic.

I would go to the hospital, but why can't I pray first? Or call someone to pray for me? Are atheists so afraid of the power of prayer that they don't want me to pray? If you truly don't believe that God exists why do you care if I pray????? I am puzzled by the question. You seam to be asking whether I believe God will preform miracles for me at MY command,or if I trust the hospital more. The Bible gives a good one on this -the devil took Jesus to the top most pinnacle and told him to through himself down because if he was the son of the most high that God would save him ,and Jesus said though should not tempt the lord thy God.

An atheist hospital is perhaps the stupidest thing ive heard today. Atheists, for the most part, are practical people that really just kind of live life how they see it. One thing they do not see is how their Atheism is in anyway related to providing medicine. Atheists would never make an atheist hospital, because they realize that fixing people's health is science that is studied and documented through rigerous rationality and methodology. Religion, i assume you are Christian because Eastern religions, Jews, and Muslims would never ask anything this stupid, on the other hand is based on blind faith, past political power, and a whole slew of other things that doesnt have to do with making people healthy.

I'm Christian but I would go to the hostpital. People need to stop depending on divine forces to help them. divine forces won't grant every pray that is dumb. I don't care what belief a hospital is based on whether it is atheism or buddhism. If I need treatment I need treatment. All hospitals are the same in my eyes.

Of course there is no such thing as an atheist hospital. But if I were sick, I would seek medical attention! Religion or personal beliefs have nothing to do with the practice of medicine.

As a Christan I would have no problem going to an Atheist Hospital. God will use whom he chooses too. Atheist are not stupid, They are Intelligent people whom have not allowed themselves to have their heart open to God. Yet...

What the hell? I have never heard of an atheist hospital. Obviously, a hospital is preferable to prayer. If you want to live, that is.
