I need the basic car insurance...but cash flow is low any ideas?

The best thing would be to shop around. You can do so online or by calling. If your main concern is to drive legally and save money, contact an insurance company and ask for the following coverages: Bodily injury:15/30, Property Damage:10k
and request to waive UMBI even if they dont mention it, because they will assume you want it and include it. Thats it. Decline everything else they try to sell you. The state doesnt require anything else. Also, most insurance companies might give you lower rates if you do not drive very much. If you drive less than 4,000 miles a year(depending on the insurance company) you will have a lower premium. Progressive and Mercury tend to be inexpensive, but shop around.

Google "car insurance"--you'll get penty of sites to go to for a free rate quote, The cheapest insurance is just basic coverage for anyone you hit--won' t cover any damages to your car, tho.
