I have seen Scotch Bonnet peppers in grocery stores like Walmart. So they should be found in stores that are nicer and have an even better selection. I suggest growing your own like I do. I buy the plants on line.

I find scotch bonnet (and Haberneros) in my major grocery chain. Although Habernero and Scotch Bonnet are not technically identical, they can be used interchangeably. The seeds are even hotter than the flesh. Never handle either kind of chile without gloves on - or at least wash thoroughly after handling - and don't touch your eyes.

A Jamaican grocery store will definitely have them.

If you don't live in an ethnicly diverse area, try an upscale grocery store.

If you have no luck there, www.Penzeys.com.

It would help if you told us where you live. Scotch Bonnets aren't sold everywhere.

Here in The UK you can get them in Tesco's or Sainsbury's. If you're in a big city go to a market or an Indian supermarket. Make sure you keep the seeds, dry them then plant them next February and grow you own - simple.
