My first German shepherd used to lay on his back in his crate and run in his sleep with his feet against the top of the kennel. Not only that, but he'd either snore or yip at the same time.
The "tickety-tickey-tick" of all those little claws plus the "yip yip. . .zzzzzzz" was enough to drive me crazy when I was trying to get to sleep!

I'm writing this to keep others from making this mistake...
One day as my dog was having a dream of fighting with something I remembered that dogs always go for the neck in a fight so I thought it would be entertaining to put my hand on my dogs neck (while dreaming of attacking something)and growl. Well, this is not a good idea. I was ok, but my dog was very upset. It took him a minute to realize it was me and I will never do that again becasue the next time I could lose my hand. Please don't attempt this....

For some weeks, i noticed that she ought to pass cover below my mattress even as I studied, which replaced into unusual for her. a pair days in the past, I took a seem below the mattress. She had accumulated basically about each and every spoon from my yougurt snacks and hoarded them below the mattress. What made this gorgeous humorous replaced into the seem on her face. It replaced into like a baby with that is hand in the cookie jar, lol. helpful.

I have a 4 year old yello wlab and she likes to sleep on her back sometimes and she snores ALL the time it sounds like a little chainsaw going to town, she also has a bad farting problem when she sleeps, they have been so bad before she has woken herself up and went howling away it smelled so bad... I found out the kids were feeding her table scraps.. so far no more farting...

my dog does lots of interesting things in his sleep (lab/akita/mix) he lies on his back and growls, and makes little "yippy" noises. He also moves his legs and wags his tail. He's really funny to watch especially because he rarely barks when he's awake!

My dog will move his legs in his sleep and make woofing sounds. I don't know if he chasing or being chased but it is funny to watch. He also will snore sometimes, lying flat on his back, totally relaxed. Aren't dogs amazing?

My cocker spaniel, twitched his legs and his face...I believe he always thought of himself as a person(sadly he died) and a better person than anyone in the house *lol. So he slept belly-up, he procured pillows to prop his head in. He also groaned and huff, and (here's his person side again), he snored loudly and farted in that matter *lol
I miss him!
