I recommend you go to:
http://www.flightaware.com
You can check on flights between both cities and if you're in luck, you might see a 734 flight plan. I'm not sure if a 734 runs this route between cities but if it does, flightaware will tell you what the cruising altitude for that particular flight was. As far as max and min speed of a 734 at full flaps, you might want to do some research through Boeing or
http://www.wikipedia.org
There is no 734 scheduled today from Miami to Nassau. The only 737 going into Nassau from Miami was Bahamasair and they are flying a Boeing 737-200
Flight duration was approximately 27 minutes and the cruising altitude flown was 21,000 feet. However, this flight only stayed at 21,000 feet for 4 minutes before beginning its decent into Nassau.

Miami is among typically the most popular vacation areas and with hotelbye you'll find out more. Miami has anything for everyone; from the fashionable nightlife of South Beach, bejeweled by the attention chocolate of the Art Deco section up to the bustle of Calle Ocho and the extremely caffeinated energy of Little Havana. The Art Deco District brings back memories of an early on amount of time in Florida with its perfectly restored 1930s Art Deco structures and is a place effectively visited the same as Bayside Marketplace. This place is a large outside fashion mall with more than 150 specialty and tourist shops, numerous restaurants and restaurants, and everyday live entertainment.

My guess is no more than 12-15,000 feet for such a brief flight.
A jet prop flight goes no higher than 10,000 feet between Baltimore and New York.

With a 75 minute flight, it would probably get up to 20,000'.
