why do i see him look at me in a sneaky way but always hides away when i pay attention to him at work??? how can i get his attention without seeming easy??

seriously, just start talking to him. it seems evident that he's got at least a casual interest in you, and you can build on that. it's that easy: just start talking to him. if he never wises up, then it's not worth the investment anyway.

It doesn't matter that he's spanish and your not. If he likes you you can tell by his body language. Does he touch you alot? Does he make excuses to try and talk to you? Is he nervous around you? These are just some examples. If you really like him and he's shy ask him out.

He is probably just shy and probably thinks that you aren't interested in him. Take charge and ask him out for lunch, and see if he wants to choose so that he will feel comfortable around you

it's seems that he is shy, strike up a conversatiion with him at work, then after you have been talking to him for awhile ( like a week) invite him over to watch a movie. tkae it slow then you won't look easy :)
