drink a lot of water, take 2 Tylenol and rest.

I have read that a hangover is really alcohol withdrawal and supposedly, if you drink a little alcohol, it does help.

The hair of the dog, does seem to work. But just one drink, or one beer. Don't drink until you're intoxicated again.
Drink lots of water. Your body is dehydrated, hence the headache.
Try to eat something. Usually something greasy like fish and chips with gravy, works well. It may be hard to get it down, but within a half hour you should feel much better.

Hair of the dog - drink a little more alcohol. Constantly drunk = no hangover.

Of course if you do this too often you'll be an alcoholic, but it really works on hangovers.

Plenty of water. No Tylenol. It's been associated with liver problems when mixed with alcohol.
Even more so you need to lay off that stuff!
