i honestly think they should wait to have sex until they're done with their education and i do mean graduated, not dropped out.

I'd say around 16 yrs. Definitely no younger than 16. I know everyone always says wait til you're married, but most teens usually start some kind of sexual activity around 16 to 17 yrs. I think it really depends on the person and his or her level of maturity.

If they've properly thought about it, they're with someone they love and trust and are responsible enough to use protection and to deal with the emotional consequences, then I say any age you feel ready. All people are different and I don't think it's right to say a specific age. Something that is right for one person will be wrong for another. Follow your own instincts and don't feel pressured, if you do, than its not the right time x

The person should be married before having any sexual relationship and it should be with his/her husband/wife.
