i had to buy a new comp as the old one got knackered this program was simple and great to use and was free but i cant find where i got it from can anyone help?

I could not find a place for it online. You might try a P2P program like Ares or Limewire.
It was probably included as software for a printer so you might post on Craigs list, Kaboo, or freecycle, or look on ebay. I am thinking ebay might be best bet, it would be dirt cheap.
You might also check thirft stores.
In the meantime ....

I am not going to be a lot of help but I know that the program you are looking for was offered as a freebie with a game creator program that strangely was called something like Game Creator
