i know that sexual harassment is unwelcome sexual activity, so what if ur bf offers something sexual but u don't get harasses by it, u refuse to do it & he respects it and doesn't offer anymore..is this sexual harassment?? rape means forcing to do sex right? then what is forcing to do sexual things (not sex) mean?

don't get me wrong. he is my ex bf. when we were together, he never forced me to do anything i dont want to, he offered to kiss me I agreed but when he offered to touch my boobs ( he didn't know I don't like doing dat b4 marriage) , I said no but I wasn't dat mad coz he never offered that anymore, so was this harassment?

I would say NO if I understand you right. He wants you to do something your not comfortable with and you say no and he is ok with that, then he respects you. If he forces you to do it anyway, get away from him, he force you to do more and more because you are not leaving. Sexual harassment is more when he wants you to do something, you say no and he keeps after you about it or holds something back from you such as a promotion or continually bugs you about it and you feel uncomfortable with the whole thing.

what is sexual harassment is when a boy keeps touching you when you dont want to be getting touchs. Boys used to sexual harass me all the time and some still do, but what you can do is press charges like i do take them sexual harassment bastards to court so they will stop right away cause if you dont next thing that will be on there mine is trying to get you to have sex with them, they will try to force you and im not saying i got rape before either but that is whats going to be the next thing on there list in there little sick mind. But, i dont let boys touch me and get away with it cause i fight back for my body and rights i have three 17 years old brothers and one 9 year old sister. So if anybody try to touch my little sister best believe yo *** not going to get away with i will try to kill somebody if they touch her and if she dont want to be touch i am 15 years old and i know whats right for both of us. So if you dont want to be touch you need to tell someone right away.

You have to use the common sense rule with sexual harassment. In a way yes it is because you didn't like it. however, he didn't know that you didn't like it at first and did not try it anymore, not to mention he was your boyfriend. My guess is no court would find him guilty.

Anything that makes you uncomfortable should be enough for your "bf" to chill the f out. You are his "gf" you deserve his utmost respect and if you're not getting it then he shouldn't either. Relationships are mutual...they are about "relating" to someone. That means knowing, asking and repecting how each of you feel and think.

no. I do not feel that was sexual harrasemt. yer bf asked you a question, you said no and he respects that. If he didn't respect that, that therwuld have beena problme. Now the same scenrio yer in rig t now oculd have been sexual harsmet if it wassn't yer boyfrnd nad somr like, say, yer boss. good luck.
