so, m daughter is being thrown a surprise party. i was wanting to make the invitations on the computer, to save money, and mke them more personal. What is a good way to phrase that it's a surprise party (for a 6 year0old) . I want to be creative, maybe based in her theme, I just wanted to see what your ideas are.

Have you considered a theme for your child's birthday party? You can have 6 years old Princess party or try to go with something that represents your child's favorite animated character. I hope she has many more and thank you mom for being good to her.

If it is a surprise party, I believe you have the e-mail of all your friends, you prepare the invitation but don't forget to mention that it is a surprise party. Make daddy go out with her for a little while and when she comes back, she opens the door, everyone should be already there to surprise her with a happy birthday.

the problem with a surprise party at this age is the other 6 yearolds telling her, so give the invite to the parents and let it be known you don't want her finding out

i think you should write its a suprise 6th birthday for whatever her name is and whatever her theme is you should make the border that ....if you go to staples they have paper like that for like $8.00 and there is about 100 sheets...good luck and have fun!
