she ran away, and my pearents said if she ever came bake she would be kicked out.i dont want that to happen.i want her to come back.(she's able to leave she is not under age.)

If she is not under age, then she has not "run away", she has left, or "moved out". Let it be. If your parents are going to be that way, don't wish for her to come back to a bad situation. Meet up with her otherwise and certainly maintain your friendship but if things are that bad for her at your parents house, don't ask her to come back only to be miserable.

You can't help that your parents want to kick her out, and if she's old enough to not be at home then maybe she doesn't want to come back!

at a time when both of ur parents are in a good mood, talk to them about it. Talk to them about forgiveness. Tell them how much of a bond u and ur sister share. Ask them if they will give her just one more chance, if they do tehn talk to ur step.sis and tell her how much she means to u.

I guess she was just not that happy their, do you know any of her friends? may be they know where she is, or give them a note to her from you, telling her, that you love her and miss her. may be she needed to, get herself together. Keep her in your prayers.
