I know this might sound like a bad idea but this always works for my dad...everytime he has a hangover, for some reason food that's a little greasy actually SETTLES his stomach. Don't get anything that's going to give you diarrea or make you throw up...but just go through a drive through place and get some french fries (stay AWAY from milk shakes, you DONT want a brain freeze and a hangover at the same time lol)...my dad actually eats burgers when he's hungover, but that might be too hard on your stomach. If it's breakfast time for you, try an egg mcmuffin from McDonalds.

The effects you feel from the hangover are because you are dehydrated. Alcohol is a natural diuretic (makes you pee). If you drink Gatorade or Powerade it will help replace your electrolytes and chase that with a couple of Tylenol to dull the pain. While only time will actually clear the remaining alcohol this will definately get you on your way to recovery. In the future before you go to sleep try drinking some water and/or Gatorade before going to sleep. This will help lessen the systoms when you wake up. Good luck!

Time only,
and try moderation the next time.
The older you get, the worse the hangovers become, and the longer they take to go away.

Stay drunk and be hangover free.

You can't drink all day, if you don't start in the morning.
