I believe in the pre-tribulation rapture, meaning Christians will be off of the earth before these things happen. But some will be converted to Christians during the tribulation period.

This is probably one of the most conflictual and well debated questions in the Christian faith. Some believe the rapture will be pre tribulation some mid tribulation and some post tribulation. I'm starting to believe more and more it's more likely going to be pre or mid. Why? Well if we are God's people the blood bought redeemed and forgiven saved people of Christ then why would God punish us for what we've been freed and forgiven of? Think about that. So in my oppinnion I think the rapture will be pre tribulation. Hope that helps. Keep watch and pray as the day approaches lest we all fall.

I think the actual end of the celestial body the Earth will end at some point. I can imagine a WW3 but I cannot imagine it taking out everybody on the planet. Perhaps the christians will ascend as a result of the war and the rest will be left on Earth. Do you think that's what they could mean by hell or hell on earth?
Peace!

From my understanding...believers of Jesus will have gone to heaven at the exact moment that all "hell" breaks loose on earth. We won't suffer through it. It won't be a war but it will be ciaos like one. Fire from the sky. The best way to understand what's going happen is to read Revelation or watch the move Apocalypse.

There are a lot of opinions on this, and they are just that.
There is a great deal of bible prophesy in Daniel and in Revelation that is slowly coming clearly to the end truth.
If you read your bible the way we read ours, it clearly tells us that the wicked will be destroyed and the righteous will live forever on a cleansed earth.
You have read it but Satan has blinded you to the scriptures, and they went unnoticed.
Why would a loving God WHO created all things not be able to sustain what he made?
True, it looks like we are eventually going to burn up, but he says nothing will cause us to 'totter'
So if our reading is correct, the wicked will be destroyed, the righteous will inherit the earth and peace and joy will remain forever...............

You now I'm not so sure I don't want to die because of some stupid reason i would really like to live the rest of my life...although we think life totally stinks.According to the Bible the Rapture will occure before the Anti-Christ comes on the scene and the christians will be taken to heaven with God.

christians are not victims...christians have been the perpetrators in most of the conflicts they have played part in.
the earth, as all things, will meet its demise someday. earth is a living organism, it's eventual death will be the beginning of some other new world(s).
our planet (as well as our bodies), are advancing toward an end, even as we begin. for you to try to make it any scarier based on gods and demons is ridiculous.

The Earth will indeed end some day - estimate of the earliest date would be around 3 billion years from now.

we are already into ww3, look around the world & see who wants to kill us. When the end of times comes rearer, this will look like a walk in the park. But , it's true, I don't think believers , well, those who believe now, will be here.

Yes, I think we definitely are headed towards the end of the world. But I doubt that you and I will be alive to witness it.
