i hope you achieve all your weight loss goal. If you want it bad enough you will find a way to make it happen. Just don't fall into those FAD diets, just pick healthier food choice, you could give up pop and try to buy sugar free products. I lost 30 lbs since i started in June and i want to lose 10 more, we can do this diet thing together. Go for it girl. if you need to talk you can just email me.

if u have the will power inside of u to lose what u need u don't need friend's but sometimes friend,s do help everybody run's around saying AM fat AM fat if they would all ready stop eating the foods that are bad for them they wouldn't be fat today and worry how big their *** is, its sad to see men and women worry over something they all ready knew about, now women r worse about losing their pounds and when they do loose it that's all u hear about, so hang in there u can do it too.

Eat your whole grain cerials in the morning, lots of lean proteins through the rest of your day. Get creative with salads.. I was never a fan of salads until i started to get creative with them.. I like to cook black beans with garlic to give them awsome flavor and add them to my salads (tons of protein in them too!).. throw in some charred corn off the cob, edamame, turkey(or soy) bacon, fresh mozzarella (in moderation- you have to have some fat in your diet to keep your metabolism going). Eat lots of little meals instead of 3 big ones- that way your body is constantly full of energy, and keeping your metabolism running strong! Good luck!!!
