I live in the state of Texas want to know if there is anyway that I pay for a car in payments or at least have the title to a vehicle.

If I have an adult co-signer, can I still have the title to the vehicle?

No, you can't finance a vehicle as a minor.

Some banks may be willing if your parent or legal guardian co-signs though most will insist that you and your parent(s) be on the loan and title as co-owners.

The minimum legal age to sign a contract without a cosigner is 18 unless the local law says 21 the federal drinking (adult beverage alcohol/beer) age sorry but without a cosigner your stuck until you're at least 18 maybe as late as 21 enjoy your innocence while it lasts.

Not without an adult co-signer, which means that the adult is willing to pay if you don't.

If you one of your parents or legal guardian is the co-signer.

Probably not. You can't be held to a contract until you are 18. You can try to get a cosigner.
