Might it be thrush? Just a guess. My tongue definately turns a funny colour when I'm ill, but you'ld know if she was really ill. I'ld take her to the doctors if your concerned. I know young children do get thrush in their mouths sometimes, if it's that it'd be easily treated, I'm sure, but it might just be 'a thing', you know, no real reaason

she has started to smoke your cigarettes! Seriously though, toxins leave our body by way of our skin too and that includes our tongues. I wouldn't worry about it as it is a normal bodily function but I would encourage her to brush her tongue.
