I listen to Christian Ska like 5 Iron Frenzy and the OC Supertones. I also like Christian rock, like Skillit.
However in Church I prefer the old hymns, not the contemporary praise and worship. To me a lot of the contemporary stuff seems too self centered and not God centered (IMO).
The exception to that are the 3rd Day worship albums. Both are excellent.

This are songs than com out of my head But I like most of these artists inspirational songs, they relax me and remind me of how blessed I am even in difficult times because God Is with Me always and specially in trials.

I enjoy mostley the classic gospel songs. But there are a few such "I Found It All In The Blood" and " I Have A Father Who Can" by The Issaacs. I also enjoy blue grass gospel Im a big fan of Allison Krause.

I also love traditional hymns, and southern gospel music. One of my favorites is 'Under His Wings' because I just sometimes feel that I need protection from all the wickedness in this world. Also, 'Grace Greater Than Our Sin'. The title pretty much says it all!

"Amazing Grace" is my fave because it is so true. I think " I Can Only Imagine" is a beautiful one and It always makes me cry when I hear it, but as a child I loved "This Little Light of Mine" and "Jesus Loves the Little Children". I have really great memories of singing these in Sunday School and Vacation Bible School!

I just love, Yolanda Adams, DCTalk, Carmen, Twila Paris, Crystal Lewis....... Crystal has a song, I just love, that makes me cry called: Lean on me........I just cry, for all the sad things in the world, with that one.... Then, I really get spirit-filled with, Beauty for Ashes!! And Twila Paris' song, The joy of the Lord, is my daughter & mine's favorite...... Yolanda has a song: called "I will worship Him" whoah, that one has me raising my arms in my own apartment, in worship, when I hear that one, everytime !!! Then, Gods PROPERTY from kirk Franklin's NU Nation album has a song on it, called:"Stomp" and you want to talk about a Wonderful Beat, and excellent worship, music!! I have to crank that song everytime..... Candy Staton, I love all her music!!! Smile!!

I Can Only Imagine by Mercy Me puts me in tears - but always tears of joy. I love anything by Casting Crowns and Jeremy Camp.

Amazing Grace when it is done on Scottish bagpipes. It becomes so haunting when done in this matter. It just puts a chill up my spine and it feels uplifting.
