hey dude the pshycologists have derived some interesting results abt weight people like u if u have strong belief in ur self n try to imagine urself to be fat then u become fat it seems
but u must eat a lot n sleep to become fat dont do works such as xcercise n dont walk immediately after takking food ok u must take a lpt of milk n bananas n eat fatty food n choclates n consume alot of calories n beer
still if u donot find any result then some people have different metabolism like they dont gain weight even if they eat large quantities only time assures that ur meta bolism is changed ok

if you wanna gain weight ,so you must focus on the high calories food such as
sugar
oil
carbs
the white carbs
eat more do less
eat a lot of sweets ,eat a lot of nuts
try to eat some snacks
gaining weight takes time so please do not give up easily

eat well food rich in carbohydrates and fats. bread butter parotha with lots of ghee for breakfast , chicken mutton for lunch and dinner.
