i'm confusded myfriend tells me that he flirts with me(i cant tell the difrance).my brother tells me that his friend thikns i'm a freak and hates my guts(he thinks i'm a freak because he's one year older than me and i'm taller than him.)i also think that if i ask him out it mite mess up our friend ship.

First of all, you don't have a friendship with this guy. Secondly, he's your brother's friend. Leave him alone and focus on school. You're obviously too young to be worrying about this kind of stuff. You will never win with a brother's friend. He'll only use you, and you will look like a fool or worse.

your brother is just trying to hate on your friend. it seem to me that he wants to put his friend in a bad light, so you'll have second thoughts. brothers do that kind of stuff. one reason might be to protect you because he knows more about how his friend is than you. or a second reason would be that he really can't accept the idea of his best friend going out with his sister. at least not yet. go with your heart. ask that dude out already! ;)

ok first things first. if u wwant him to like u find out what he likes and then talk to him about it. ask ur brother. ur brother might tell u that his friend hates u bc he thinks that it will mess up the friend ship between him and his friend. Ask ur friend to ask him if he likes u. ull no ur real answer and also u have to flirt ALOT! go with the flOw =]

Hate is a strong word - do you really want to enter a relationship on that note - ignore him, if he keeps showing up and acknowledging that your around, that could be a sign of flirting, otherwise, forget him, your better than that!!!

Your brother may not want you dating his friend which is why he says that. Or it may be true. The only thing you can do is ask the boy! Be open and honest and say hey you wanna hang out/ do something..etc etc....if he says no...then move along and find somebody who WANTS you...he's out there!!

wait for the guy to make a move that you can understand
since you are getting mixed messages from your brother and your friend...you need more information and less interference.

Let him make the move. Don't be too obvious that you like him. Your brother is affraid you being with his frioend will ruin his friendship with his friend. He may not be being honest about that. Let his friend make the move.
