I have one on my temple, and so do some others I know. Why is this such a common place? If you have one or more, where are they?

Chicken pox will scar more where the skin is thinner and closer to bone. I have a scar on the left side of my chin and another on my breast bone area.

Yep I have one right above my eyebrow..whats even odd is my daughter has one in the exact same place! They itch when you have chicken pox and the face seems to be the most sensitive and easiest place to scratch.

I have several, right above, and in my eyebrows. UV light actually pronounces scars, that is why most of the people responding to this question will have them in predominantly high sun exposed areas, IE; forehead, chin, cheekbones, ETC.

No I don't have any scars from chicken pox, which is surprising because I had them very bad and I was very young. I guess I was lucky.

I have one on my neck. It was the very first one that popped up, and I didn't know what it was, so nothing made more sense to me than to scratch it. It's faded quite a bit though.

I had chickenpox when I was 6 years old and I have alot of scars. Have scars on my breasts and legs and arms and sides of face. really embarrassing.

I have one on my back and I think its never going to go away. I think that's a reminder saying that I have already had it so stay away.

maybe they mean something else, like some kind of identification, but were put there when we had chickenpox so we wouldnt notice?
