That dll file is related to the Logictech Desktop Messenger which I assume you've got installed:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/downloads/software/US/EN,CRID=1796,contentid=7692,OSID=1,softwareid=5993

It looks like a useless pile of nonsense so I'd get rid of it myself.

this error is a code that is 1)sent to microsoft via a error reprot and used in diagnostics and bug fixes 2)sent to the minidump on your pc,a place in documents and settings were errors are kept for use by a experienced technician
unless you know about code and have about 20 years experience in pc repairs i would just get rid
the actual error code translated means:
app ver(application version) the version of the game i.e 1.5
modname(model name(processor name) in your case cpu.inf 32.dll(means you are not running a 64 bit processor)
modversion(model version) not applicable to you
offset> the reason in code for the error that occured, code runs by a series of commands that form a program.this number 00001b9c is the reason for the crash
solution...go to the softwares website and you should find plenty of bug fixes, and forums to see if anyone else is having the same problems
also download the latest graphic drivers(ati, nvidia) and the latest direct x version(9.0c),this will help the game run better
any probs let me know
