i need a blueberry pie for saturday the 9th so what about if i bake it thursday then refrigerate it and i need an apple for the 10th can i do the same?

Yes - but they will probably get watery, and the crust will be soggy by the time you serve them. Make them ahead of time, but do not bake. Freeze them until the day you need them and then bake them. They will be fresh and you will impress your guests.

I'd also worry about the crust getting soggy. Try making them and freezing--bake them the day you want to serve them (don't defrost them--put in preheated oven and just bake a little longer than usual)

No.The fruit and pastry will taste sour. Put it in the freezer then bake the night before

the best thing to do is make the pie ahead of time and don't cook it but freeze it raw. thaw it out and Cook it before the contest.

would probably get a soggy crust . but would be safe to eat.
