Answer to your second question: Do you walk the walk? I'll answer it with another question "DO YOU"?
Who does really walk the walk? So long we are in this corruptible flesh, we will all fall short. That's why Jesus became our Lamb. He was aware of it. We could try and strive to do the right thing, yet, no body can come up and say "I am not a sinner"

I'll even back you up.
Matthew 22:36-40
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love he Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Because there is no clear cut way to know EXACTLY what God wants from us about every part of our lives, loving one another is the best we've got to work with and probably is all we need. A person that loves someone else is willing to do all things without exception. Just like it says in 1 Corinthians "Love is patient, kind, it does not envy or boast. It is not proud, or rude, it is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered and keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in truth. Its always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

I wish that I could say that I have laid down my life for anyone, no less my friends. But in actuality, I have in a different way. I saved 2 people's lives who were dying of carbon monoxide poisioning and didn't know it. I was lucky to be able to do it for them as they were loved by me as relatives when they were good friends of my family. I also saved many lives in my profession through the years. So I'll categorize myself as "walking the walk," no brag, just fact.........peace and love........~p~

Jesus' main message is that we walk the narrow way described in Matthew 7 and that we get saved, AFTER which we can (agape-word used for love in NT) Love as He did and does. There's no other way into the sheepfold except TROUGH Him. None else that can save us.

Love is all.
Matthew 22
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second [is] like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
If one can do these two things, all of the other commandments will be followed automatically.

God is One. There is no Trinity. Jesus is a prophet of God, and like all his fellow prophets, he is a human being. We love him, and believe in him, and affirm all of his miracles, bestowed upon him as a favour from his Lord. He called for the worship of God alone and for righteousness - as every prophet of God has done. However, his pure monotheistic message was gradually changed by 'Christians' into a polytheistic one, by transforming Jesus(the servant of God, into a mythological God-incarnate figure to be worshipped alongside God All-Mighty.

I think His message is be yourself, believe in God not in religion or the institution of the church but go back to your spirit, dont believe everything they tell u because its 2000 yrs old, find your soul, your spirit and when you find it, you'll love yourself then you can spread the love and love thy neighbor as thy self for now you know what true love is.

I agree. John 13:34 seemed to be the principle words of His message. He repeated the command many times.
