Has anyone used CoPilot Live Laptop 9 GPS Navigation system?

Does it give you lane change turns on multi lane interstates, does it tell you when you have to change lanes?

Its actually not working on laptops. I use it on my HP hw6515 PDA and it tells me about all the interstates. The one on the laptop is just the map.
