WOW, I like your attitude. Unfortunately, you have asked for something that sounds like it's out of a commercial for power-stimulant drinks. So don't expect anything "natural" to turn you into superman.
Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, run an hour or more every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

Carbohydrates = energy. Try a balance of 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat on a daily basis. Depending on your height, weight and age, about 1800 + calories a day. Make sure you're carbs are whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, sweet potatoes or white potatoes are both fine in your case. Lean meats (chicken, fish, eggs, lean beef/steak, turkey) are what you'll need. Keep it clean. Good luck!

Keep in mind energy=calories. If you can work the calories off, and turn them into muscles, then you can increase your calorie intake. But, I would suggest you talk to a dietitian. If your dietitian advices it, then here are some good foods.
First of all bread and pasta are good! there great energy sources! just try to get whole grain, thats all. Sweet potatoes are good to, excelent sources of nutrients, Pizza and burgers are good If you make your own using whole grain flour, reduced fat cheese, lean ground meat, wheat buns, and of course pile on the veggies!
Oatmeal and muesli are great they are slow release energy, and add some fruit.
Fruit, pick non watery ones like apple, bananas, and mangoes
snack on nuts, dried fruit, whole wheat crackers and baked sweet potato chips (you can make your own)
dried fruit, little pieces of energy, don't like prunes? you can get almost any dried fruit or even dry your own. A handful of dried fruit is a good energy booster!
Whole wheat bread=natural, and it wont spike your blood sugar like white bread, It also has more nutrients than white.
A good idea is to eat some grain and fruit at least an hour before you exercise (oat meal with fruit, banana and peanut butter on whole wheat .
If you can make yourself some granola bars or trail mix (include nuts and legumes for "good" fats) for break
when your done eat some protein, good fat and carbohydrates 15-60mins after excercising. some examples are, orange juice and a PBand J on whole wheat bread. (try to get fruit spreads without added sugar and natural peanut butter) chocolate milk and pasta with peanut sauce (try to get whole grain pasta) or your favourite cereal, skim milk, and fruits and nuts.
And last but not least, go organic whenever possible, add olive oil to salads and use it whenever cooking in place of other oils, add peanutbutter to sandwiches, and eat three meals a day and two snacks!
