I believe in romance and chemistry. There has to be chemistry/compatibility in order to have romance in my humble opinion. The ideal first date for me would be going to a public establishment, i.e. restaurant of a mutual choice, lots of communication and see after wards, but NO SEXUAL advances other than perhaps playful flirting. Let it develop slowly.

Romance, ahh, sweet love - where would we be without it. The courtship, the little pretty flowers, the candy that she really should not have, but can't do without. Isn't it wonderful?
First date - would you like to go down to the beach on a moon lite night, and stroll along the beach. Take off your shoes and we'll shuffle our feet in the water as the waves wash in and out, in and out. Shoes in one hand, your hand in the other, sometimes hips accidentally bumping and a shy embarrassment. First dates are fun.

Here the best one, I sent a car and driver to pick up my date. Traffic was thick so they were delayed for an hour. I sent the driver with a gift bag. In it I put one wine glass full of confetti and a box of awesome hand made truffles. In a silver bucket on ice a bottle of wine. I secured a room at an antique looking inn with all the finishings of an old English experience. My lovely date arrived in fair form after an hour and a half and a half a bottle of wine. When Vinny my driver delivered her to my door he handed my her things and I placed my index finger across my lips to indicate silence. Her hair curly, thick and long. A mini skirt open toed shoes and a very sexy top. Her bags in hand I gently pulled her to me and kissed her face and then her mouth. Fortunately, she found me very much the type of man she likes and I quickly discovered her to be with out undergarments. I moved her to her feet without delay and escorted her to a fantastic dinner across the street. The restaurant had amazing dark wood and dim lighting. With our brief kissing and touching on both our minds dinner was extremely fun. We tried to talk but we were such strangers. So we exchanged pleasantries. Maybe we spoke of each others eyes and other compliments. Touching fingers and toes and so on. I remember thinking how kinky the pasta seemed to be making me as I watched her eat it. I of course slayed this beauty so to speak after dinner for two and a half hours. We dated off and on for about six months. I really think this woman is my favorite experience ever; romantically, sexually and socially I had ever had. I wish I could do it again. Anyway thanks for the ride down memory lane. i do believe in romance. first i would do what she would like to do, then after that have a nice romantic dinner, walk on the beach, sit in front of the fireplace with champaine, and when the date is done i would kiss her if she wanted me too.
