I need to increase my endurance and speed on the soccer field. There is one drill I know called "Cones" and if anyone has more information on that one like the distances between cones please tell me!

Otherwise, I need exercises to increase those two important compnents rather quickly!

A soccer player runs about 6 miles per match. So endurance is very important. Well, I can tell you just plain running long slow distance will increase your endurance and your ability to recover from short sprints on the field.

Ask your coach about a soccer-specific speed drill he/she recommends.
